There are over 4,000 film festivals around the world. Where would you go if your film was turned down by 3,999 of them?. When an obscure film festival is the last hope for failing producer (Dennis Hopper) and his 'disaster' of a movie collide with the homespun innocence of small town America, neither will ever be the same.
Nick will do anything to get his film distributed, including manipulating his dysfunctional cast into attending the festival where Hollywood egos hilariously slam into small town politics.

"HUGELY AMUSING INDIE. THIS IS FARCE, TAKEN TO A SURREAL LEVEL, BOTH BROAD AND INTIMATE. WITHOUT A DOUBT THE MOVIE BELONGS TO ITS TWO MOST FAMOUS ACTORS, HOPPER AND BISSET. HOPPER RARELY PLAYED COMEDY… BUT THERE’S SOMETHING ELSE IN HIS PERFORMANCE, A HUMOR AND SELF-AWARENESS THAT IS BOTH ENDEARING AND VERY ATTRACTIVE. AS FOR JACKIE, SHE REVAMPS HERSELF HERE AS AN ITALIAN BOMBSHELL. SHE IS A SCREAM. IN SOME WAYS IT COMES OFF LIKE A SMALLER VERSION OF ROBERT ALTMAN’S ACCLAIMED “THE PLAYER."

"DENNIS HOPPER AND THE RAVISHING JACQUELINE BISSET IN HIGH GEAR. THIS MOVIE IS A LOT OF FUN"
- REX REED
"THIS FILM IS A LAUGH-OUT-LOUD RIOT. DENNIS HOPPER’S LAST MOVIE, EXUBERANT AS IT IS, SHOWS WHAT A BRILLIANT ACTOR HE WAS."
- THE HUFFINGTON POST
"A FUN SWANSONG. THE LAST FILM FESTIVAL IS OFTEN QUITE AMUSING AND A DELIGHTFUL CONCLUSION TO THE CAREER OF HOPPER."
- FILM INTERNATIONAL
"IT IS SEAMLESS, ALSO SEXUAL AND ROWDILY FUNNY"
- THE DAILY BEAST
"A MADCAP COMEDY"
